Michael Harden serves as Chair of the Business Department at Illinois College where he teaches courses in Management, Marketing, and Finance. With nearly 18 years of teaching experience, he emphasizes experiential learning and incorporates business simulations, case studies, and emerging AI technologies into his classes.
He has a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and is a Professional Certified Marketer.
